2 a From the place, where I was banished, being driuen out of the Citie & Temple by my sonne Absalom.
2 b Vnto the which without thy helpe I can not atteine.
2 ! Whether that he were in danger of the Ammonites, or being pursued of Absalom, here he cryeth to be heard & deliuered.
5 c There is nothing the doeth more strengthen our faith, then the remembrance of Gods succour in times past.
6 d This chiefly is referred to Christ, who liueth eternally not onely in him self, but also in his members.
7 e For the stabilitie of my kingdome standeth in thy mercie & trueth.
7 ! And confirmed in his kingdome.
8 ! He promiseth perpetual praises.
