Jeremiah 45

^{1 a} Which was Jeremiahs disciple, & wrote his prophecies vnder him.

^{1 b} Whereof read {Chap. 36,9}.

^{3 !} Jermiah comforteth Baruch, assuring him that he shulde not perish in the destruction of Jerusalem.

^{3 c} Baruck moued with an inconsiderat zeale of Jeremiahs imprisonment, but chiefly for the destruction of the people, and the Temple, maketh this lamentation, as {Psal. 6,6}

^{4 d} Meaning, that God might destroye this people because he had planted them.
